FinOps
Initially, I conducted a mapping and analysis of operational costs, encompassing software licensing (SaaS), hybrid cloud infrastructure, third-party contracts, and payroll management for teams.
Architecture
A new architecture was implemented that was fundamental during the shutdown phase of operations during the COVID-19 pandemic in 2000, generating direct savings in fixed costs and ensuring the continued operation of all online marketing logistics, social media, and integration with back-office systems.
Migration
During the Architecture phase, it was identified that some legacy systems presented technical incompatibilities for a complete migration to AWS. Therefore, I coordinated the migration of applications, blogs, and systems to the Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
Development
I established the standardization of the engineering ecosystem, unifying the development stack, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud infrastructure. This initiative eliminated technical bottlenecks and ensured greater consistency in the delivery cycle, allowing different teams to operate under the same quality and security principles.
Security
I worked strategically with the infrastructure management team to raise the security level of our cloud operation. We implemented data protection mechanisms and stricter IAM management, ensuring that each user and service has only the strictly necessary permissions, drastically reducing the organization's attack surface.
